Park Information

Davey Dogwood Park is managed and maintained by Anderson County.​

 

Address and Entrances:

Davey Dogwood Park is located at 900 N. Link St. 

There are two entrances into the park, one off of Link St. and the bus entrance is on Queen St. off N. Loop 256.



Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Rules:
1. Do not pick flowers, deface trees or collect plants
2. Drive only on paved roads, follow one-way arrows
3. No off-road vehicles allowed in the park
4. No horses allowed in the park
5. No dogs allowed, except on a leash
6. No open fires, build fires only in grills
7. No grills on the pavilion slab
8. No camping
9. No hunting or discharging of fire arms
10. No public consumption of alcoholic beverages
11. Do not litter or dump
12. Do not remove signs or markers
13. Do not park on grassy area
14. Please take trash away when your gathering is over and slab is clean from all debris
15. Make sure and turn off the electric power
16. Return key to Office at 703 N. Mallard Ste. 108 the following business day after event



Picnic Areas:

There are two picnic areas inside Davey Dogwood Park. One is a scenic over looked called Manley Mountain (one of the highest points in Anderson County), which is near the entrance of the park. The other picnic area is at the center of the park with a pavilion area.

At this time, there are no restrooms, running park or lights/electricity in the park.
